  • The Enriching Nonprofit Leadership Series

    The Enriching Nonprofit Leadership Series is a year-long virtual program to maximize your volunteer and staff’s focus on the interconnected systems that advance your mission. Whether an experienced or emerging leader, whether a staff or essential volunteer in the sector, this series will develop and expand nonprofit knowledge, skills and abilities, offering a pathway to experience more contribution, purpose and impact.

    There are 13 sessions in this 5 module series that are to be completed in sequence. Participants will experience greater focus, purpose, and support as an experienced or emerging nonprofit leader in responding to complex demands of the sector.

  • Discovering the Sage Within

    The Discovering the Sage Within series is for those who wish to feel more calm, clear, and focused and act from this place amidst life’s challenges. Participants will experience more mental and emotional fitness to live more authentically, expressing the truth of who you are.

    In a small group setting over 8 sessions, this course offers transformative lessons, meditations, self-reflection activities, daily somatic and emotional practices, and group discussions to gain relief from the inner critic and activate the sage within.

  • Self Discovery through Meditation Practice Series

    Whether experienced or beginning with meditation, this 6 week course is for those who wish to connect more with self in their meditation practice, discovering the mysteries of inner life. Meditation can be an enriching experience for many and wrought with frustrations and wonderings if it is being done right. This course will not only consider the short and long lasting benefits of meditation but also the obstacles, frustrations, and uncertainties that can hinder practice.

    This series will support you in building a practice that nourishes and awes through emergent teachings, discussions, and practice.
